Shipping Policy
We are an extremely small team working hard to get your orders packed and sent in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience! If you have any questions please reach out to info@notes2pass.com.
Shipping times received at checkout are separate from order processing times. All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping and processing times vary based on how many orders we are receiving at any given time as well as any postal service delays outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
As a thank you, we gift free shipping on orders over $75.
Shipping times are calculated at checkout based on the postal services estimates.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for wholesale orders within Los Angeles. If you are interested in a wholesale order please email info@notes2pass.com
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. If you live outside of the US and would like to place an order please email info@notes2pass.com and we will help you place an order with appropriate shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Notes2Pass is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@notes2pass.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If there is an issue with your order we would like to make it right. We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there are special circumstances in which a refund or return is called for please know that you will be responsible for shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@notes2pass.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
