Connect With Trained Support

First of all- if you are experiencing an emergency please call 911.

The crisis hotline is an incredible, free resource that provides you someone to text with and work through “hot” feelings and situations. Text “HOME” to 741741 to be connected to a real person.

If you or someone you know are struggling with thoughts of suicide, know you are not alone. The national suicide prevention lifeline is available 24/7. Call 1-800-273-8255, or visit suicidepreventionlifeline.org.

The Trevor Project offers free crisis counseling 24/7, 365 days a year for LGBTQ+ youth. It is 100% confidential, and 100% free. If you are thinking about harming yourself, please text "START" to 678-678.

If you or someone you know is a victim of domestic abuse, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text LOVEIS to 22522

If you are experiencing abuse, or are a parent seeking help in an abusive situation, the National Child Abuse Hotline is available to you at 1-800-4AChild (1-800-422-4453) or text 1-800-422-4453 for additional resources you can visit www.childhelphotline.org

If you are a victim of sexual assault- you can get support, information, advice, or a referral from the National Sexual Assault Hotline. Call 1-800-656-HOPE (4673).
